Children’s book author Dow Kump visited Melrose Elementary School on Friday, Oct. 30.
The teachers and students were very excited, as this was the first time that an author has ever spoken to students at Melrose. Two assemblies (to accommodate the large number of students) were held in the Melrose gym, and Mr. Kump discussed his books and the writing process.
Mr. Kump wrote the books Secret Agent 44 — Who Stole Air Force One? and Project-00. More information on the author can be found at www.dowkump.com.
