On Saturday, March 10, the Disneyland Resort recognized Yorba Linda High School (YLHS) student, Gabriella Moussa, as a Disneyland Dreamers & Doers program “Shining Star!” The Mustang was recognized as a Shining Star for going above and beyond to make a difference in her community with her work on the American Red Cross of Orange County’s Youth Advisory Council. Gabriella was instrumental in planning, leading, and fundraising for the organization’s Leadership Development Camp in 2017.
With this recognition, Gabriella also earned a $1,000 donation from Disneyland to give back to Yorba Linda High School’s clubs and activities. She is pictured below with her counselor at YLHS, Peyton Pike.
