Yorba Linda Middle School (YLMS) eighth grader, Samantha Harker, won the school’s “pi” contest on Pi Day (3/14) by reiterating 1,294 digits from memory!  This marks the third year in a row Samantha has won the competition, which is organized annually by math teacher, William Lin.

As a reward for her efforts, Samantha had the opportunity to pie the Bobcat’s principal, Dr. Tamar Kataroyan, during lunch.  Great job, Samantha!
