Valencia production of “The Diary of Ann Frank” featured in newspaper

FROM THE TEACHER: Valencia High School Drama students perform "living theatre" for students and teachers. While Kraemer Junior High and Valencia High School teachers are invited to an Open House in the cafeteria of an eleven panel exhibit of the Anne Frank story, drama students will be living on the set of the play in character. Drama students will be in character for six hours in hiding as the Frank and Van Daam families, enabling the students and teachers to view them as part of the exhibition experience. To purchase tickets, click here. On Saturday, Oct. 17, the cast and crew were honored to meet and perform for Holocaust survivor, Jack Pariser. After watching the final moments of the show, Mr. Pariser turned to director, teacher Cathy Petz, and said through tears, “Well, you got it right –that is exactly what the tension felt like.”
