VHS Interact Club officers exhibit leadership abilities at three-day training

RYLA experience for VHS students.
Valencia High School (VHS) Interact Club officers, James Tran (co-president) and Sienna Bishop (vice president), presented their Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) experience at the May meeting of Placentia Rotary Club.

RYLA is a three-day youth leadership training program held in Idyllwild, CA.  It is specifically geared for students in their junior year of high school. Students apply, are interviewed, and chosen for their proven or potential leadership abilities.  This student leadership opportunity is offered every year by Rotary District 5230.
