La Entrada High School (LEHS) held its class of 2018 commencement ceremony on Tuesday, June 12, at the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) Performing Arts Center (PAC). Following the 2017-18 school year, LEHS awarded 48 graduates their high school diplomas.
Notably, three graduates who have been friends since their early childhood will attend California Baptist University in the fall with a combined offer of over $26,000 in scholarships. One student will attend Hofstra University in New York with $84,000 in scholarships, and one will attend University of Redlands with over $120,000 in scholarships. In addition, of the graduating seniors that filled out the school’s exit survey, 100% reported that they will attend a college, university, technical or trade school following high school!
