The Valencia High School boys basketball teams hosted their 23rd annual Blue and Gold Night on Thursday, Nov. 19, to kick off their season.
The night consisted of three games: freshmen versus parents, junior varsity versus staff and varsity versus alumni. The Tigers swept the night! The freshmen team defeated the parents 49-41; junior varsity defeated staff 28-20; and varsity defeated alumni 59-34.
The night also included performances by the VHS cheer and song teams, as well as the choir’s Kyle Gabriel singing the national anthem.
Tigers basketball looks forward to a successful season!
