Yorba Linda Middle School students creates an inclusive atmosphere for all students through sports

On Friday, October 5, Yorba Linda Middle School (YLMS) hosted their first ever Unified Sports event during 7th period. Inspired by the Special Olympics, Unified Sports aims to promote and create social inclusion between individuals with and without disabilities through sports.

The school’s WEB leaders, which stands for “Where Everyone Belongs,” paired up with students in Chris Gadd’s class to play frisbee golf! Great fun was had by all those that participated. Great job, YLMS Bobcats!
