Parkview School students Toby and Dylan Proctor participated in the Veterans’ Day Ceremony at El Dorado High School. The Scout Troop the boys are part of, Troop 723, maintains the Fallen Heroes Memorial at El Dorado and participates in the Veterans’ Day Ceremony each year.
This year, Toby and Dylan took part in the Honor Guard and honored the memory of SSgt William Harrell by standing during the hour long ceremony holding an enlarged photo of the fallen soldier. It was an honor for them to be able to participate in the ceremony this morning honoring our veterans.
