TinkerLab coming to Bryant Ranch next school year

An example of students using a tinkerlab.

Bryant Ranch School is in the process of creating a school-wide makerspace, known as a TinkerLab, for grades Preppy K through 5th.

Makerspaces provide hands-on, creative ways to encourage children to design, experiment, build, and invent as they engage in science, engineering, and tinkering. The Explorers will have the opportunity to tinker with designing, building, and testing creative projects with upcycled materials and kid-friendly tools.

The school will aim to provide access to 21st century skills, and challenge their students to be creative thinkers and tinkers, meeting the practices of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics (STEAM).
