The Esperanza High School Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) started the Fall 2019 semester with approximately 80 new cadets and a new Senior Aerospace Science Instructor, Lt Col Ivan Acosta, USAF, Retired.
With the help of Julian Flores, this year’s Cadet Group Commander, and his cadet staff, the program is expanding. More and more each year, AFJROTC makes a huge, positive impact on campus at Esperanza High School and in the greater community.
