Kraemer showcases its campus to visiting educators from China

On Thursday, October 24, Kraemer Middle School hosted a visit for 17 educators from Shanghai, China. The visitors are here through a program with California State University, Fullerton. The Kraemer Cubs were asked if they would host the international educators’ first American public school visit.

According to Principal Michael Young, the entire group was very impressed by what they saw, heard, and experienced in each and every Kraemer classroom that they visited. Teachers who showcased their classes that day included Lisa Kling, Jeffrey Christiansen, Alina Filipescu, Shane Twamley, Stacey Petersen, Kim Martinez, Bruce Topping, Marc Gunderson, and the entire PE Department.

After eating lunch from the Kraemer cafeteria, the group had the opportunity to visit with ASB students. Before they left, they shared their gratitude and appreciation as well as a gift for the whole school to enjoy.
