Lakeview Elementary School ‘s student leadership program, known as the GLEE Club, has been hard at work spreading the love and thankfulness in November. The Lakeview Lions created notes of gratitude placed on Hot Tamales, Hot Cheetos, and other hot-themed snacks to brighten the day of local firefighters.
During another day recently, the GLEE students also hid little animals in the yard for the school’s young students to find during recess.
To finish the month on a high note, grateful turkey cookies were made and given to Lakeview’s school nurses and also those working at a local hospital. GLEE Club is spreading the love this month and every month!
