Esperanza High School has five student athletes that have committed to playing their respective sport at the university level. This includes Frank Hulick, who will play water polo at California State University, Long Beach; Aaron Nago, who will wrestle at the University of Minnesota; Katie Kubo, who will play basketball for Hope International University; Sadie Pool, who play softball for Amherst College; and Jeff Dunsing, who will compete in track and field at California Berkeley.
