Brookhaven ushers in the holiday season with song

Brookhaven kindergartners rock the house!
On Monday, Dec. 14, Brookhaven Elementary School kindergartners put on their annual Holiday Show for all their loved ones. Parents, grandparents, siblings and relatives went to the district’s Performing Arts Center (PAC) to hear their little ones entertain the crowd with holiday songs. It was a great night that showcased the hard work that Brookhaven teachers and students put into the event, and a wonderful experience for the families of these students.

Student council gives back to local senior citizens
In the spirit of giving, Brookhaven’s student council has been very active in putting on a toy drive for less fortunate children. They also wanted to do something special for the local senior citizen community. On Tuesday, Dec. 15, the student council visited De Palma Terrace Senior Living in Placentia to sing Christmas carols. The residents living there were incredibly excited to hear the students share some holiday cheer with them. Thank you Brookhaven student council for your giving spirit!
