El Dorado High School’s director of choral music, Mr. Ryan Yoder, and teacher, Mrs. Sunshine Cavalluzzi, have teamed up to present at the upcoming GRAMMY in the Schools (GITS) Fest. This virtual event hosted by the GRAMMY Museum will take place March 8-11.

Together, the two Golden Hawks are excited to share about how they have worked together to cross music and the humanities for students in the classroom. Notable names in the music industry will also participate in the event such as Charlie Puth, HAIM, Hunter Hayes, & H.E.R., just to name a few.

The GRAMMY Museum’s inaugural GITS Fest will feature performances and online lessons from students and professionals along with engaging, educational panels by artists, educators and other music professionals. Woven throughout the virtual festival will be lessons and other valuable information provided by top practitioners across the broad spectrum of music, music education, and its connection to other school subject areas.
