Glenknoll Elementary School celebrates Read Across America Week

At the beginning of March, Glenknoll Elementary School let their spirit shine as they celebrated “Read Across America Week.” Each day of the week highlighted a Dr. Seuss book and a themed dressed up day to connect with it. Some of the days included Fox in Socks Day, where students got to wear their silliest socks,  Cat in the Hat Day, that showcased students’ favorite hat, and of course Whoville Hair Day, where students had the opportunity to display their craziest hair.

“What a great week of celebration and community from both our students Zooming at home and working at school,” shared Principal David Cammarato. “Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!”
