ECRHS graduation.

On Tuesday, June 15, El Camino Real High School (ECRHS) held its 2021 commencement ceremony in Bradford Stadium at Valencia High School. Following the 2020-2021 school year, the school awarded 68 students with their high school diploma.

The ceremony included a long list of distinguished guests and speakers including students Selena Alvarez, Jillian Silvas, and Jessica Mariscal. All three graduates delivered speeches filled with themes of perseverance and gratitude towards the unique environment El Camino Real offered as a continuation high school. They also thanked the Raptors’ dedicated faculty and staff for their unwavering support to their graduating class.

Of the 68 ECRHS students, 2 were designated as Career Technical Education Completers in Digital Design, 74% of graduates indicated they plan to enroll in college after graduation, 21% have selected a trade school or career technical education (CTE) program, and 3 plan to enlist in the military while others will begin to work full time. The ECRHS Class of 2021 also earned over $5,000 in local scholarships given to the top four college bound graduates.

Congratulations, graduates!
