To kick off the new calendar year, the Placentia Chamber of Commerce awarded four educator grants to Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) teachers. The grants, which total over $3,000, provide funds to support innovative and collaborative classroom projects that will directly impact and enhance learning experiences for PYLUSD students.
A few examples of the grant-funded projects include silk screening, microphones for video production, and stock market simulation. Congratulations to the following teachers:
