Schools have not been exempt from the nation’s staffing shortage so Esperanza High School recently got creative! In particular, college tutors for the school’s AVID classes have been hard to find. This semester, the Aztecs recruited current seniors with high-level math enrollment and good grades to enroll as peer tutors. So far, the school has had six seniors sign up to fill this role in support of their young peers. They make EHS very proud!
