El Camino Real students participate in unique art project

ECRHS students.

Students in Digital Design at El Camino Real High School took a break from their work on the computers to enjoy the outdoors and create art. Using a special paint mixture, heat, funnels, cups, and straws, they created the abstract pieces depicted here. The wall of fame then became the backdrop for yearbook pictures as well.  Each piece is unique and eye-catching. Students scanned their pieces to create greeting cards as the culminating activity. Principal Aiello joined in the fun and created a piece as well. Special thanks to NOCROP teacher, Reid Petersen, for his continued creativity and efforts to keep all students engaged. “Need a break from screen time? Get outside and create,” he says.
