Student Appreciation Week at El Camino Real High School

ECRHS

El Camino Real High School celebrated Student Appreciation Week this week following last week’s appreciation of teachers. Events included special teacher-selected awards, This Student’s On Fire, special treats each day, and a schoolwide trip to Knott’s Berry Farm. The first two hours of the field trip centered on an exploration of California History and the old west. Pictured below are students learning about life in a one-room schoolhouse in the 1800s. The Old School House at Knott’s Berry Farm was originally located in Kansas and opened in 1879. The structure was purchased by Walter Knott and moved to the California property in 1952. The staff at ECRHS was impressed by how students were so attentive and respectful during the tour and the entire day at the park. The Raptor students are appreciated!
