Kraemer Middle School is grateful for its continued partnership with Placentia Presbyterian Church (PPC). Every year, the church launches a fundraiser event to benefit KMS McKinney-Vento families. McKinney Vento families across PYLUSD lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence.
Historically, this generous campaign by PPC has resulted in gifting 100+ families with gift cards to Target. This gift goes a long way in supporting families during the holiday season. The school’s counseling team calls students out of class to surprise them with this unexpected gift. Students are always surprised and thankful as they receive this gift and write thank-you notes to the PPC community to express their gratitude.
Principal Michael Young shared the following: “On behalf of the entire Kraemer community, we applaud Placentia Presbyterian’s dedication in serving our community. Together, Kraemer and PPC are committed to serving our amazing community!”
