Lakeview Elementary School’s Sunshine Squad spent January spreading kindness. The group made Snowman Soup for all classified employees.
“We are so thankful for their support and wanted them to feel appreciated-they deserve to be showered with kindness and appreciation every day!” shared teacher and Sunshine Squad leader Shannon Vlastnik.
The group also made kindness notes and passed them out to students on the playground and put them in backpacks. They even created “Break a Leg” goodie bags for all 120 Lakeview actors and passed them out before their first performance of “Mary Poppins Jr.”
