Valencia High School student set to advance to Interscholastic Equestrian Association national competition following impressive season

Valencia High School junior Clarissa Sung participated in the Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) Zone 10 Finals on Saturday, March 11 in Paso Robles. Zone 10 covers all of California, Nevada, and Hawaii. She qualified for Zone 10 Finals after placing first in her class in Zone 10 Region 1 (regional competition) in Simi Valley last month.

At Zone 10 Finals, she placed first in her class which qualifies her to move on to the IEA Nationals Finals on April 28 at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Tryon, North California. She is proud to represent Zone 10 and proud to compete on behalf of Placentia and Valencia High School. Way to go, Tiger!
