El Camino students partake in grassroots community art movement

Rose River Project at El Camino.

Students at El Camino Real High School in Merelyn Lopez’s language arts class recently participated in the Rose River Memorial Project, which is a grassroots community art movement that honors and grieves the many lives during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. The group aspires to create a felt rose as a symbol of grief for every life lost.
