On the evening of Tuesday, March 1, 21 cadets from the Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program at Esperanza High School attended an event at the Nixon Presidential Library and Museum featuring retired four-star General Michael V. Hayden, the only person who has served as director of both the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). General Hayden provided these young men and women with fascinating insights about national security, as well as America’s role in world affairs.
