A Family Science Night at Melrose Elementary School was presented in partnership with the California State University, Fullerton, Department of Elementary and Bilingual Education. Melrose students and their families came together to conduct hands-on science activities. Some activities included chemical reactions, disaster survival, plate tectonics, bubbles galore, ocean zones, lava lamps, oil spills and slime.
