Congratulations to Valencia High School BITA (Building Industry Technology Academy) teacher Roy Morrison for being selected as the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program (ROP) “Teacher of the Year.” Roy has served at Valencia for 10 years, and has built a strong program that prepares students to enter the construction/building industry.
