Students from four high schools – El Dorado, Esperanza, Valencia and Yorba Linda – attended a French banquet at Yves Bistro on Sunday, May 22, to celebrate the end of the school year. This is the third year the event has taken place with participation from all four high schools. It has become a tradition to get together and meet students and teachers from the different schools. More than 80 students attended the event, and had the opportunity to converse with other French students in the district. Mrs. Lovering, Mrs. Marshall, Ms. Ulibarri and Ms. Yakzan encouraged their students to participate in this culturally enriching event, where the students tasted some traditional French appetizers, entrees and desserts while speaking French. It was an enjoyable and memorable experience for all who participated!
