Congratulations to Valencia High School boys cross country coach Brandon Frank on being named the OC Varsity “Coach of the Year”! Brandon took over the VHS boys running program in 2012 after starting as an assistant with the Tigers in 2006. This year, the Tigers are back at the CIF State meet, where they had a remarkable seventh-place finish.
