On Monday, June 26, over 600 Preppy-K through 7th grade Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District students began the five week Summer Enrichment Program at Lakeview Elementary School.
From making balloon helicopters with Mr. Walls, Solar System Hats with Mrs. Staples, learning to play “Chariots of Fire” with Mr. Wilson, or ‘photoshopping’ surfers onto sharks with Mr. Block, everyone seemed to be enjoying learning in a relaxing, STEM-themed program.
