Golden Elementary School was lucky enough to have Mrs. Switzer’s El Dorado High School drama students produce and preform “Choices,” a play that teaches the right choices as part of Red Ribbon Week.
Three vignettes were told by the good fairies watching out for students as they navigated peer pressure, self-image and bullying situations. The students were spectacular — this was a great collaborative event between elementary and high school.
Fourth, fifth and sixth grade students at Golden were in complete awe, and definitely received the play’s message.
