This year, Sunny Herrington, an instructional aide at George Key School reached her 40th year of service with the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD).
Sunny has a sparkling personality, and shows up to work each day with a smile to greet students at staff. She is always the first to lend a hand or cover for an aide in their absence. Sunny helps in a variety of classrooms, and approaches each one with a heart of service for the students. The school is so grateful for her 40 years of dedication to PYLUSD and to the children for whom she cares so deeply.
“You are appreciated beyond words,” proud principal, Kim Smith shared. “Thank you, Sunny!”
