The George Key family all gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Students greeted guests as they arrived with visuals, voice output switches, and communication devices. They especially enjoyed welcoming Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) Superintednent, Dr. Greg Plutko, to the event. He gladly accepted their welcoming high 5’s and handshakes.<\/p>\n

Families of the school’s students were shown to decorated tables in the outdoor patio area in the front of the school. Students took orders and handed out desserts to special guests.<\/p>\n

It was a fun day where students were recognized for their abilities and not their disabilities. What a great day to be thankful for family, friends, and all those who love George Key’s uniquely amazing student population.\u200b<\/p>\n
