On Saturday, January 6, 20 students from Richard Cadra’s Advanced Video Productions class at Yorba Linda High School (YLHS) attended\u00a0the 15th annual Orange County Film Festival at Northwood High School in Irvine.<\/p>\n
Each year, the event showcases student films and broadcasts from 16 schools in Orange County and bestows awards in 23 unique categories.\u00a0 In total, seven Mustangs received 25 nominations across 15 categories.\u00a0 As a whole, Mr. Cadra’s class was also nominated for best broadcast.<\/p>\n
After all was said and done,\u00a0YLHS students took home a total of ten major awards for their hard work including:<\/p>\n
