Students received a list of kind acts, which they checked off as they completed.\u00a0 Acts of kindness\u00a0included:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick up trash on campus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help a younger student<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make a kind poster for cafeteria helpers or PTA members<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hold the door open for someone<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bring a flower to the office staff<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And so many more!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students who completed 25 acts were able to write their name on a banner and enter into a drawing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One student from each grade level was awarded a Golden t-shirt and a Target giftcard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last year, over 15,000 schools in 91 countries participated in the Great Kindness Challenge! Golden is proud to have participated in spreading kindness.<\/span><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u201cKindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness.
