On April 26, Esperanza High School (EHS) hosted a choir festival through the Southern California Vocal Association<\/a> (SCVA) in the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) Performing Arts Center (PAC).<\/p>\n

El Dorado High School’s (EDHS) Vocal Ensemble\u00a0and Advanced Women’s Ensemble, Esperanza High School’s Vocal Ensemble and Vivace, and Yorba Linda High School’s (YLHS) Mustang Singers all participated and represented\u00a0the District really well amongst 15 other high school choirs from across southern California.<\/p>\n

El Dorado High School<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe EDHS Vocal Ensemble received a “Superior” in the “Advanced” division.\u00a0 This is the highest possible rating within the highest level choirs can enter in.\u00a0 The\u00a0EDHS Advanced Women’s Ensemble received an “Excellent” in the “Intermediate” division.<\/p>\n

“This is their inaugural year and we are so proud of how well they performed,” shared El Dorado’s Director of Choral Music, Ryan Yoder.<\/p>\n
