On May 29, Mrs. Ann Rago’s class at Golden Elementary School held a “dance-a-thon” and raised $1,800 in support of the documentary called “Ballet for All Kids.”<\/p>\n
The school set up the multi-purpose room to look like a discotheque with lights and banners.\u00a0 Dance teachers came in and taught the kids specific types of dance.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Rago’s husband, who serves as the Chair of Dance at Loyola Marymount University, did a warm up routine with the students and acted as the event “DJ.”\u00a0 All Golden Eagles\u00a0had a great time!<\/p>\n
