It is a multiple-choice, pencil-and-paper test administered by the College Board.<\/p>\n<p>This is a very rare accomplishment as statistics suggest that, out of the 1.7 million students who take the test annually, only about 300 earn a perfect score of 1600. Hailey Choe (left) is a junior in the Valencia International Baccalaureate Diploma program and Caitlin Lee (right) is a senior.
