This year&#8217;s contest involved designing original artwork to be used as the cover of the 2019-2020 NOCROP Student Handbook. Students from the five school districts that NOCROP serves were instructed to create a digital design that exemplifies NOCROP&#8217;s mission statement. NOCROP provided specifications for the project that included color, text, and size.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s first place winner, and recipient of a $250 cash prize, is Christopher Morrell from Esperanza High School!
