Glenview Elementary School\u2019s Dual Language Academy celebrated the culmination of the 2018-19 school year with\u00a0their annual picnic. The Dual Language Academy, now in its third year from kinder to second grade, boasts over 180 students participating in a 50\/50 language immersion program model for Spanish\u00a0and English.<\/p>\n

Over 86 families and 324 Glenview families were in attendance at the annual picnic luau celebration, made possible by over 40 parent volunteers\u00a0who organized\u00a0the special event!<\/p>\n

In honor of the celebration, Glenview parents and DLA teachers also donated over $200 in gift cards to benefit PYLUSD McKinney Vento families.<\/p>\n
