The goal was to bring both science and art together in the making of beautiful whimsical acrylic pour designs.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Emrick instructed over 20 students about how latex based additives enable acrylic paint to &#8220;stretch&#8221; into beautiful designs without having a preconceived plan.
