Instead of knocking on doors and asking for a trick or treat, the students handed out the treats to neighbors surrounding the school.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty PAL 6th grade students spent time decorating pumpkins to present the neighbors with.\u00a0The school is so appreciative of its neighbors and all that they do! This simple gesture was a way to say thank you for being such great supporters of Glenknoll and its students.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI enjoyed giving one to the neighbors. It gave me joy.\u201d said student Cole Davis after delivering the treats.<\/p>\n<p>Student Sanjana Sawant commented, \u201cIt was amazing! I think this should be done every year in PAL.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Student Shaurya Nangare also reflected on handing out treat saying, \u201cThis experience was great for being social and active. Some people who were in their houses really appreciated the pumpkins that we passed out.
