This year the Esperanza staff decided\u00a0that they wanted to hear from students about how they should implement, model, teach Aztec PRIDE (Positive, Responsible, Innovative, Determined, and Engaged) at Esperanza. <br><br>The school held its first student PBIS leadership team meeting to start the discussion\u00a0on what Esperanza does well and what the school can improve on for each letter of PRIDE.
