First-grade students have taken advantage of utilizing the Tinker Lab on several occasions. The students have made 3D geoboards on pumpkins to make 2D shapes, designed and produced a cage for a bear, and built the tallest snowman.\u00a0Teachers use literature as a \u2018spring board\u2019 for each STEM lesson.
