Students learned about ingredients, measurements, and planning prior to putting their new skills to practice. Following focused notes, students were then placed into cooperative groups where each student had a specific role within the kitchen. Teamwork, communication, and attention to detail were imperative in the pizza-making process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students in Culinary Arts often take their newly developed cooking skills home. Students enjoy learning and connecting subject material to meaningful, real-life contexts.
