Jeff serves as a ceramics teacher at El Dorado High School in Placentia. This video recaps the day PYLUSD executive leadership members and his colleagues surprised him with the news. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are so honored that Mr. Picou was selected as a Teacher of the Year. Mr. Picou is a masterful ceramics teacher, but he is so much more.
