On February 6, 2025, the El Dorado High School (EDHS) Mock Trial team was named the 2024-25 Orange County Champion following two doubleheader County Finals rounds against the Orange County School of the Arts. As a result of this achievement, the team will represent both El Dorado High School and Orange County at the California State Mock Trial Finals in March. This victory marks the culmination of an undefeated 8-0 season in the second-largest county competition in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This championship title represents El Dorado High School\u2019s eighth county championship, positioning the institution alongside Woodbridge High School for the most county titles in the history of the program. Notably, EDHS remains the only school to have secured a county championship in every decade since the inception of Orange County Mock Trial. The team’s success reflects its members’ exceptional dedication, perseverance, and talent, and the school community looks forward to their continued excellence at the state level.
