On Saturday, April 26, a devoted team of community volunteers from Love Yorba Linda braved inclement weather to serve at 14 school sites throughout the city. Undeterred by the rain, these committed individuals undertook a variety of improvement efforts\u2014including landscape enhancements, minor repairs, general maintenance, and deep cleaning. Their hard work contributed to more welcoming, well-maintained campus environments for students, staff, and families alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrying this spirit of service into the following weekend, on Saturday, May 3,volunteers from Love Placentia participated in the city’s annual day of service Over the course of the day, volunteers completed a similar array of beautification projects at 16 school sites across the district. From landscaping and repairs to maintenance and cleaning, these efforts played a vital role in supporting safe and engaging learning spaces for students in the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These parallel volunteer initiatives exemplify the strong community partnerships that help elevate the educational experience in PYLUSD. The district proudly recognizes and thanks all volunteers from Love Yorba Linda and Love Placentia for their generosity, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to local schools.
